The highlight is the spacious outdoor area, featuring a well-kept garden, a covered and furnished terrace, a pleasant barbecue area for preparing meals, as well as a private pool and an outdoor shower—ensuring a relaxing holiday. Thanks to its excellent location, shops, restaurants, and bars are less than a 5-minute walk away. The nearest beach is just 250 meters away.

Neu, sauber, schön
Das Haus ist neu und modern. Alles ist sehr sauber und sicher und gute, nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Einzig einige Stromausfälle waren etwas störend. Ansonsten sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gerne wieder.
