Small Rooms, not a as pretty as in photos

Plus - Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful (except one guy, he is a tourist cheater..was forcing me to go to his friends shop to buy sarees and cheated me lots of money) - Handy location, everything is walk able Minus - I booked the room for 3 adults and I was given 1 large bed and 1 small bed and photos show them as well by the wesbit. Where as when we went to the hotel we were given with very small room with 1 twin bed and 1 extra bed on the floor. I couldnt sleep on the floor and still having the back pain from that. When i asked the management, they moved us another room with same set up. So no help. They said they dont have a room with two beds but they let us book in the website. This caused us lot of trouble - Rooms are not 3star level, very bad state. All the paints are gone and smells really bad. One can find mould on every corner. Horrible state. We have to live with it with no choice - Rooms facing the city are very noisy, their windows are no way sound proof and it wasnt closing properly

Varanasi Visit

Pertaining to this hotel Expedia can improve the accuracy of the description of room types. According to desk staff the hotel does not offer rooms with 1 double and 1 single bed as a result I incurred additional costs requiring an additional room. Furthermore, hotel was noise because it was near a busy street.

Great Location but Horrible Room

Room was dirty with horrible smell. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. Breakfast was terrible. There was a rat in the dining room. Not good. We moved to another hotel after our first night.

Bad experience on staying this hotel

I had a bad experience on staying this hotel. I had booked one luxury suite which could be accommodate four persons but at the time of check- in manger told that they will not provide me that type of room but they can only provide me a small room which can accommodate two persons only. I had already done the advance full payment so had to take that room and spent two horrible nights with four persons (3 adult, one child) with extra floor-bed. Lot of places I have traveled with family but this type of terrible experience never we faced earlier

Fint, mycket centralt hotell. Prisvärt och bra restaurang. Använd hellre Travel Agents på stan för hjälp med bokningar mm, T ex RP Travel and handicraft center på Vijay shree market (stora gatan ner mot Dashaswamedh ghat) eftersom hotellpersonalen har en väldigt "indisk" inställning till service.
