El apartamento Garden consta de dos dormitorios dobles y comunicados (en el más grande es posible insertar una tercera cama), un baño con ducha y una tercera habitación con una zona de cocina totalmente equipada y una zona de comedor. En el exterior hay un pequeño jardín privado con zona de comedor y zona de relax al aire libre. El apartamento está situado en la planta baja de una antigua casa de campo renovada con encanto, materiales ecológicos, inmerso en las verdes colinas de Bolonia y rodeado de olivos. La estructura, que consta de otros dos apartamentos, se encuentra dentro de una gran propiedad de más de 100.000 metros cuadrados en la que se encuentra la casa principal, la piscina infinita que incluye una gran zona de relax y un vestuario con aseo, una zona de juegos con ping-pong y una zona equipada para barbacoa y la zona de aparcamiento. La piscina tiene 1,40 m de profundidad y está equipada con cómodos escalones para el descenso, con un borde infinito con una vista espectacular de las colinas circundantes y con apertura estacional del 15/05 al 30/09 dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas y abierta todos los días de 9.00 a 18.30. Internet y wi-fi gratuitos en toda la propiedad. La zona de barbacoa equipada está disponible hasta las 21.00 horas. Se ruega a nuestros huéspedes que hagan un uso adecuado de las instalaciones y áreas equipadas, liberándolas al final de las horas indicadas. Superbe piscine en Emilie Romagne

L'hébergement est bien placé, entre Bologne et Modène, permettant de rejoindre rapidement différents sites d'intérêt. La piscine est superbe, grande et avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante. Notre hôte a été sympathique et particulièrement réactif dès que nous avons pu avoir besoin de quelque chose.

Gezinsvakantie

We hadden met het gezin een fantastische tijd in Borgo degli Ulivi. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Gregorio en Allesandro. Het is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van verschillende mooie steden in de omgeving, op amper 5 minuten van de autostrade. Het was telkens heerlijk om na een uitstap te genieten van het fantastische zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels. Een echte aanrader!

Overall perfect

Wonderful flat, central in the Emilia Romagna, perfect for daily trips. Incredibly clean and well stocked, the view from the Pool is amazing. The son of the owners made us feel very welcome.

1. Der Schwimmingpool ist kein Privatpool und wird von mehreren Familien benutzt. Der Pool darf nur von 9.00 - 18.00 Uhr benützt werden. Der Pool war stark veralgt. 2. Es war kein Grill vorhanden wie beschrieben. Es stand auf einem Schild: Dont use the barbeque area. 3.WLAN war nicht vorhanden. 4. TV kein Programm. 5. Das Haus wird noch von anderen benutzt, das war so nicht beschrieben.

Nice property near Bologna with Italian hospitality and great pool

We selected this apartment because of the beautiful pool with great view and to be near Bologna. And that was just like we hoped it to be. We were perfectly welcomed by Alessandro’s son Gregorio. And met Alessandro the next day. He was a perfect host to us. We loved to play with the dog Novi, who was excited to play with the ball in the beautiful Olive Garden. We went to a few very good restaurants in the neighborhood (Trattorio del Borgo Monteveglio and La Casola) and visited Bologna several times. Be careful where you drive with your car, do not enter the ZTL, because you have to pay a fine. The few things we were less positive about are: the WiFi was not everywhere so strong, there was no couch, we knew that, but missed it a bit, and we wanted a bit more fresh air in the second room. From this room you have to go to the other room to the bathroom. It was very nice to have the screens against insects before every window, because there were many mosquitoes when we were there. The infinity pool was very large and we enjoyed it very much! We loved the quietness of the place, yet still close to Bologna. Thank you very much for taking good care of us.

Family vacation in Bologna

We stayed in the Garden unit for 9 days in mid July. The property is beautiful and Alessandro and his family are wonderful people and great hosts. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. The only issue we had was the heat. Unfortunately there were heat warnings throughout this part of Europe in July and the property is not set up yet to deal with those temps, so it made sleeping and relaxing very difficult ( although the pool certainly helped). I know that Alessandro indicated they will be installing air conditioners for 2024 so that should address the issue. Otherwise we loved our vacation.

Borgo degli Ulivi

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo degli Ulivi. Alessandro and Angela were welcoming hosts (et pour les francophones, Alessandro parle français). We stayed in the Garden apartment, which was comfortable. We particularly appreciated the private terrace. The infinity pool was a great way to cool off on the hot July afternoons, and as other guests have noted, the view of the picturesque landscape enchanting.

Lovely setting, friendly hosts

Borgo degli Ulivi is an enclosed hilltop residence in a setting of olive trees, vineyards and woodland, a tranquil retreat from which to explore surrounding villages and the splendorous city of Bologna - home to many treasures including "the oldest university in continuous operation in the world" (Wiki). The "Borgo" rests above the township of Crespellano, which offers supermarkets, chemists and other services. Many will know of Parma ham and Parmigiano cheese, and be aware of the ancient vinticultural heritage of Emilia Romagna, but I don't think we had understood how fundamental a role food and wine have in this region. Visting restaurants in the environs of Crespellano is a highly recommendable way of enjoying this deep-rooted and bounteous tradition. The most participatory of our culinary experiences was a visit by sisters Monika and Barbara to teach us how to make pasta with basic ingredients and rolling pins - a great learning experience not only in pasta production, our teachers being highly knowledgeable in all aspects of regional food culture. Our hosts, Alessandro and Angela and their two sons, Francesco and Giorgio, were very friendly and ready to offer advice. The pool has a fantastic view and is a great place to relax. One easily solvable quibble in my glowing account is that a more accurate description of just one feature of the smaller of the two flats would have been appreciated. Its two bedrooms connect, one only reachable by passing through the other.

This holiday was a dream

Alessandro and his wife Angela are very lovely hosts. We had a great time in their area. Our rooms were sweet and lovely decorated. We had a full kitchen with all we need and the bathroom was purposefully furnished. The cute patio is wonderful for sitting, relaxing or have breakfast, lunch, ..... But the highlight is the pool: A big infinitypool with a great view in the middle of a great landscape. Thanks for beeing there!

Autentisk idyl

Dejlig lejlighed med god beliggenhed og lækker pool. Lejligheden er ren og velholdt og har de moderne bekvemmeligheder man forventer. Pool området har udsigt til olivenlunde og marker men er samtidig meget privat. Værtsparret er meget gæstfrie og kommer gerne med gode råd til oplevelser i området. Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold.

Erhohlung pur in wunderschöner Landschaft

Ideale en mooi gelegen uitvalsbasis

Vanuit deze plek - met een prachtig uitzicht en een heerlijk zwembad - kan je vele kanten op. Zowel naar interessante steden zoals Bologna (slechts 20 minuten rijden), Ferrara en Modena als naar natuur en dorpen die in de bergen gelegen zijn. De eigenaren Alessandro en Angela zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alessandro heeft goede tips voor restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt en regelt desgewenst de afspraken. Op de accomodatie zelf is het heerlijk relaxed en prima vertoeven. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad!
