Features include 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with an expansive backyard, lots of light, an updated bathroom, and an efficient kitchen that flows nicely into the dining area and living room. There is a one car garage with a washer and dryer and can be used for additional storage area.

Convenient location close to HWY access and only 15 minutes from Walnut Creek and Berkeley, and 30 minutes to San Francisco, Marin and Napa Valley. 10 min from beautiful Benicia.

This Bungalow has 970 sq. ft. of space, 3 bedrooms and is ample for up to 5 guests. The bungalow is updated for modern convenience, with walk-in closets in each room, an updated bathroom, eat in kitchen, laundry in the attached garage and comfortable living space.

Enjoy the private backyard with small patio for your daytime / evening grill outs or show off your culinary talent with the fully equipped kitchen.
