Ohana House, St. Peter at Sea

Our holiday home was built in 2020 and is located in the middle of a pine grove on a hill. The beach is 300 metres away on foot. From our roof terrace you can see the sea, the castle of Castelsardo in the background and enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. The house has a garden with 100 square metres of lawn and an outdoor shower, and we also have a 1800 square metre plot of land overgrown with maquis. The house is 55 square metres + roof terrace and 31 square metres of covered terrace. It has a living-dining room with fitted kitchen with all the trimmings, 1 bedroom for adults and a bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is lovingly and modernly furnished. Shutters on the windows and doors and air conditioning ensure a restful night's sleep. The covered terrace with dining table and sofa/armchair area rounds off this beautiful holiday home. The location is magical; as a corner property, we have a clear view of the pine forest. The beach is never crowded and beautiful, you can snorkel, SUP, windsurf and of course swim and take long walks. From May to the end of September, the Kurumba Beach Bar offers ice cream, snacks and delicious fish dishes. We often take a short walk along the promenade to the pizzeria, where you have to book in advance in summer, as the Italian families come late to eat but in large numbers! Numerous agriturismos offer Sardinian menus and in the small and lively town of Valledoria (4km from our house.
In the village center you will find various restaurants, shops and a weekly market. A perfect place for a cappuccino is the kiosk of La Foce, located directly on the river Coghinas. There you can also book birdwatching tours and hire canoes and kayaks.
Excursions to Castelsardo, to Playa Paradiso, to the AquaPark in Isola Rossa, to the towns of Alghero and Sassari, to Capo Testa and to the Asinara peninsula are perfectly possible from our house location. Sailing, surfing, windsurfing to horse riding or golf - all active sports can be practised nearby.

Der Lage vom Haus einfach Super,sehr nah am Strand( der Strand selbst war sauber und ,haben immer schöne Plätzchen gefunden , gleich da könnte man in Karumba Bar - Restaurant was trinken und lecker essen gehen, )alle Zimmern waren sauber,Terasse hat uns auch sehr gefallen , kann man schöne Abende verbringen ( ausnahme war sehr laut spät abend ca 21 uhr vom Club der in der Nähe war )

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 10 und 13 Jahren eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa Ohana. Die fußläufige Lage zum schönen Strand Baia Verde ist einfach toll. Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Garten sowie die Terrasse mit Außendusche sind einfach klasse. Neben den Strandbesuchen bieten sich zudem Ausflüge zum Wassepark nach Isola Rossa, der beindruckenden Felsenstadt Castesardo oder auch nach Alghero oder Halbinsel Stinto an.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Wunderschönes Häuschen in Strandnähe.Der Strand ist zu Fuß (durch den Garten) in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Wunderschöner Strand

Als Familie mit Teenagern fühlten wir uns sehr wohl im Haus. Die wunderbare Terrasse, der herrliche Blick in die Pineta, der kurze Weg zum Strand waren wirklich perfekt. Die Umgebung bot uns alles, was wir uns für einen Urlaub wünschen (gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Strände, Wassersport) Vielen herzlichen Dank an die sehr nette Gastgeberin und die vielen guten Insidertipps!

Wunderbares Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand

Die "Casa Ohana" lässt keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Bilder beschreiben das Haus perfekt und es sind nur wenige Meter zum schönen Strand. Die feinen Tipps der Unterkunftgeber "was, wann, wo" waren sehr hilfreich. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Fast ein Traum

Das Haus bietet für 2 Personen alles was man braucht, Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und praktisch. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Dieser ist traumhaft schön und auch nicht übermäßig besucht. Die wenigen Beach Restaurant/Bars sind einen Besuch wert. Die Lagune hinter dem Strand ladet mit diversen Wassersport Möglichkeiten ein. Die Gegend um Valledoria ist vielseitig und bietet diverse sehenswerte Punkte. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Club Hotel Baiaverde, welches direkt nebenan ist und am Abend bis in die Nacht die ganze Siedlung San Pietro beschallt.
