The fresh and welcoming house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with satellite and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, and all necessary utensils, plus a double bedroom and a full bathroom.



Upstairs, there’s a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace with panoramic Mediterranean views. Outside, a private pool awaits, surrounded by ancient olive trees, a garden with outdoor furniture, and an alfresco dining area—perfect for enjoying Mallorcan sunsets.
