Lovely hotel and staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great a La carte breakfast. Lovely pool area. Great location just 5 minute walk from bus station. Room enormous and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was fine until there was an incident with the room key that was misplaced and lost and when we reported it to the administration they charged us an excessive cost of $600 pesos when the policy is $200 pesos. They told us a story that the entire lock in the room had to be changed instead of getting a duplicate. Very bad management by the administration. They agreed to contact me and two weeks have passed without any information. I felt ripped off. I think it was an abuse of authority. And because of that incident I don't think I'll return or recommend it.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Kind and attentive staff. Safe and peaceful. The interior garden is tranquil and magical. Beautiful serene rooms (we had the room with private little pool). Comfortable bed and the hammock in the room was a nice touch. Centrally located, with a delicious bakery right next door.. Even though they don’t have a dedicated parking, we easily found a spot down the street every evening. Would stay there again, and if you’re travelling with kids, it’s perfect.

Very very bad experience; I paid for room with lagoon and terrace view but I was given very poor dilapidated room on ground floor; when I addressed with staff they were very rude to me and said things like ok go leave bad review whatever we don’t care. Moreover I was charged extra the same room on the day went for $50 but I was charged $105, it was worse experience. there was no toilet paper or basic dustbin in room as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE

Super bien placé, l'hôtel est propre et la chambre était très calme avec un style typique. Il y a une télé qui ne reçoit que les chaînes nationales. Dommage que ce ne soit pas une smart tv, sinon, top. La douche est bien, l'eau est chaude. De superbes recommandations et il est super bien placé. On s'y est senti très à l'aise.

It was a perfect place to stay for a night. We got the family room. It feels like home. There were no other guest that weve seen on the night that we stayed but it feels like very private. We love the enough size swimming pool-it was awesome to soaked in after a long scorching hot excursion.very quiet and romantic place. Staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast (we have to pay separately) was amazing! We love staying in this Casa! Shopping is walkable. The receptionist (Angel) is very helpful, provided us with a map to navigate around Valladolid. There is a close playground and plaza by the corner. Church is close by. Everything the main attractions are very close. We had a lovely stay, my kids really enjoyed it. They have a comforter inside the closet which we forgot. Aircon is still new and working. TV needs to be adjusted as it only speaks spanish. Remote setting doesn't really works. They have hammocks near the pool area which is very cool. And finally we got a free Mango which fall when we had a breakfast-they gave it for free. That was very nice! Love it!
