Apartamento de lujo con mobiliario italiano de vanguardia, nuevo, en edificio emblemático del siglo XIX rehabilitado recientemente, junto a la Plaza de la Reina y la Catedral de Valencia. El salón-comedor ocupa un espacio de 100 metros, conformando un exclusivo ambiente de loft. La cocina de vanguardia está separada del salón por una enorme puerta de cristal. El apartamento tiene además dos dormitorios, uno de ellos con baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje y el otro con baño separado completo con ducha. El apartamento tiene 3 balcones con preciosas vistas a la Valencia histórica, y una terraza interior con bonitos arboles. Es muy soleado y muy luminoso a lo largo de todo el día. WIFI GRATUITO.

Maria is the best host ever! Her place is beautiful, clean, close and convenient and most of all, she is so helpful. Just staying at her place would have been a great choice, but her helpfulness in planning and being a great host made this a great vacation!

Hard to beat....right in the centre of things but still private and quiet. Maria was very attentive. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful apartment located in the center of all the action! Close to all of the attractions. Super spacious, clean, modern. Has everything you need. Convenient having washer/dryer to do laundry. Host María was very knowledgeable about València and made excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Outstanding location right by the Cathedral

The most amazing location imaginable Maria was simply the best. Her enthusiasm for València was clear and she made our visit exceptional. Maria arranged a trip to Albufera which was a day we will always remember.

Wonderful

Our stay at Maria’s apartment could not have been more perfect. She was the most gracious host and everything about the apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, close to everything and had everything we would have needed. We highly recommend a stay in Valencia at this wonderful apartment!

Maria was incredible and made the experience so great, she’s a wonderful person and was so helpful showing and telling us about all the beautiful things to see in Valencia. Great Location

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Our host Maria was great, she gave recommendations for restaurants, cultural activities, directions, history,....etc. We enjoyed our stay and if back in Valencia would stay again at the apartment.

Great experience in Valencia!

Maria, the host, was fantastic! She took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked, highlighted many area attractions, and even helped us get taxis back to the train station after our stay. The apartment was clean, in good condition, and in a great, central location. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience

MARIA WAS AN EXCELLENT HOST! She provided fabulous recommendations and was very attentive to our questions. The apartment is beautiful! Breakfasts on the terrace are a must with a perfect bakery right around the corner that opens early. The location is amazing for exploring Valencia!

Friends in Valencia

Maria was highly communicative before and during our stay, providing ample recommendations answering any questions we had. The location of the property can’t be beat, very centralized to the old city center, main attractions, the central market and plenty of bars and restaurants. The property itself was spacious and beautiful. Recommend staying here if you visit beautiful Valencia.

Amazing appartment and great stay in Valencia

Valencia is a wonderful destination for a family, you cannot get bored! the appartment is wonderful, situated basically on the central Plaza de la Reina from where you can reach anything on foot. Clean, spacious, great beds, full of light, we loved to come back and do a siesta in this great appartment. Maria is an excellent host and took great care of us! Highly recommended!

Charming stay in the heart of Valencia’s old town

Beautiful Property in great Old Town Location

We stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip to Valencia. The apartment is on a high floor in a quiet building, just around the corner from one of the main squares in central Old Town. Maria is a lovely host, always responsive, accommodating and full of resourceful information on Valencia. The apartment is well lit, contemporary and spacious for the four of us.

Amazing apartment and host

Beautifully appointed apartment a block from the cathedral surrounded by great restaurants, historical buildings, and the central market. Maria is an amazing hist. She is beyond words. Great insight into what to do, history, restaurants etc. we will definitely work with Maria when we return.
