5 Star Gem in Valencia

Amazing gem in Valencia City-Centre. The service was Outstanding from check-in to check out. Very comfortable room with many of the amenities of a five star small hotel. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Maria, Luca, Tomas and Alina (apologies if we forgot anyone) Highly recommend!

I was taken shower, was ready to wash my hair was no body wash/ shampoo. At breakfast, was no eggs available at the counter and fruits finished, when I ask to cut more they said they do not have it, first come, first serve. Also no help with any attractions destinations. When ask for any help with attractions, destinations, points of interest no ones knew anything. You are in your own. So be prepare. Rooms are clean. Location is good.

A perfect stay in Valencia! The staff was helpful, our room was spacious & comfortable (rm 301), and the use of the other Valentia property’s rooftop terrace restaurant was a quiet place for an afternoon coffee with amazing views of La Seu. We will absolutely return to this property!
