Room smelled very bad like sth is expired in there for long time, the flush in toilet wasn’t working properly, we waited 30 mins to do check-in, there were only one employee working and the other one was only chatting with one of the gusts and doing nothing

I asked for a room away from the elevator and was given an unusually large room for one person. Large bath with nice amenities, only negative is that there was no fan or window in the bathroom. Great location, easy walking distance from most sites. Great options for dining nearby.

The hotel is very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping that are within a ten minute walk, with even more a little further out. During my stay a power outage occurred. The hotel was equipped with a backup generator to keep power in the building minus AC. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

Nice 4 star hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. I would like to mention Alejandro who was behind the bar in the restaurant. He made us feel very welcome everytime we were in there. Not sure about the hotel being pet friendly?.

I had a few issues with the power going out in my room a few times. It was fixed promptly with friendly maintenance staff. I also had to have my key reset everyday. Which was very annoying. On the third day a staff member told me that they would send someone up to have a look at the door, I waited for over an hour.. I was desperate for a shower after a long day of walking, so I don’t know if they came at that point. I didn’t hear from anyone so? The room was spacious, clean and so quiet. It is a little far out from major sights to see but I knew that in booking and enjoyed the walk through surrounding neighbourhoods. Staff were nice enough but seemed a little flustered? I wouldn’t use the safe that is attached either.. I ordered nachos which said on the menu came with cheese and pico. But it was just chips, guacamole dip and bell pepper pieces.. not it. Anyway, overall it wasn’t terrible just some hiccups that made it a little less smooth sailing.
