The staff was great and very courteous. The room was small, but had everything one needs. The shower was quite small and difficult to access. The breakfast was good. The fridge in the room was not very cold and I had to throw away the food I tried to keep in there, the air conditioning was not working in our room, but we able to make do with the ceiling fan. The hotel is currently under some renovations, so I expect it likely to improve further. The location was amazing and one of the primary reasons we chose.this hotel. I was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station and great access to all the restaurants in old town.

This hotel is wonderful and in a perfect location. I’d stay here again. Valencia is a wonderful city and this hotel gets you started with a great breakfast and when your day is done you’ll sleep great :)

The cockroach

First day we arrived there was a large cockroach inside the bathroom on the door. Then showerhead provided good, strong water flow BUT if you turned the water up, the showerhead would tilt back so that the water stream was horizontal and hitting the shower wall behind you. There was no way to prevent that. Then in the back wall of the room, there sounded like somebody was doing some kind of construction well after 10 PM at night. That was very strange and annoying. Signing into the hotel was also more of a chore than we found at other hotels for some reason. The staff however, were friendly and very helpful.

The staff at the front desk is very helpful and nice. They took the time too show me on a map every place that I should visit, and recommended good restaurants. The room was small but comfortable enough, and the towels were soft and thick. The hotel has an excellent location, and you can walk everywhere from there.

The staff, in particular Laura in reception, were very helpful. Also a young man who was on duty Tuesday evening. A very good breakfast was provided. The 1st floor room that we were originally offered as very gloomy with not a lot of natural light. The hotel is in the old town area and central for the city.

Excellent location and courteous staff

This is an unassuming hotel with excellent service at a very central location and within easy walking distance to most major attractions. We walked to the City of Arts and Science in about 35 minutes. The train station is ten minutes away. The receptionists were helpful and courteous. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day. We had lots of fresh fruits, eggs, ham and plenty of other choices. They also accommodated my celiac/gluten free requirements. Lola, the hostess in the breakfast area, was most pleasant and helpful. She was constantly busy replenishing the food and cleaning. Our room was dated but clean and comfortable.
