Perfect location for my 10 days “workation” in Valencia. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was an emergency connecting door between my apartment and the apartment next to mine which didn’t isolate the sound very well: for three nights there was staying a very loud group of people and you could understand each word and had to listen to all their music. Luckily they had quite a good taste in music ;)

Place is amazing like a dream with a big terrace on the top floor. Made me feel like I live there for a few days. Only thing I didn’t like was cleanings of the floors, and hot wain a shower works for 5-10min and then it’s just cold

We stayed for 2 nights, apartment is nice size, but the walls are paper thin and we could hear the neighbors partying all night long. There wasn’t a blanket or cover for the pullout couch which was used by some of our group. The neighborhood was nice with lots of vintage shops.

Modern spacious apartment in a great location

The apartment is very modern with all amenities you need, they were great at communicating and helping to check in and get into the apartment. The location is amazing, plenty of shops and bars nearby and even though the street can be noisy you can’t hear it in the apartment

Buen lugar con pequeñas cosas por mejorar.

El piso es cómodo, nuevo y muy bien ubicado. Pero tienen pequeños detalles que podrían mejorar y fácilmente ser calificados con 5 estrellas. Las almohadas son pocas y incómodas. El cuarto no tiene TV "Para mí esto es importante". Las temperaturas del agua y aire acondicionado no son consistentes. Sigue siendo un buen lugar para hospedarse, especialmente si buscas un lugar con cocina y lavadora de ropa.
