Needed one night to stay before leaving Valencia and for a more budget friendly boutique hotel, my wife and I have no complaints . Close to everything in Valencia which made it very convenient, room could have used a little TLC but other then that was happy with stay here, would recommend

We had a wonderful experience at the San Lorenzo Hotel in Valencia! The location is perfect—close to everything with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

I originally asked for 2 twin beds for the kids and no bunk beds, but despite reserving and paying 1 1/2 month in advance before my trip, I was given the bunk beds. The room with twin beds was given to someone else. Furthermore I was placed in the second floor where AC was not working and was not going to be fixed for my entire stay of 2 days

The air conditioner in our room was not working. This was not acceptable when the temperature was at 90 degrees Fahrenheit. When we went to the front desk to address it, they were already aware of the the air conditioner not operational before our stay. Also, the shower drain was backed up and pretty much flooded the bathroom floor. While talking to the front desk another guest had the same issue with no air conditioning. This is a bad reflection where they do not maintain the hotel at acceptable levels. They would not allow us to switch rooms or offer any compensation whatsoever. If you are a traveler visiting Valencia, stay away from this hotel
