Excellent Stay

We only stayed one night, mostly to try and escape the noise from the city center since the Fallas festival was happening. It was extremely comfortable (huge rooms), and the staff were really nice. The room service breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay longer next time!

I’ve been to Hotel Primus twice and they never disappoint. Staff are always friendly. Hotel is clean, close to dining and walkable to shopping and downtown. Highly recommend this place .

Location is very nice as you are right by the park, which is a very nice way to walk to the centre. Overall I expect a little more from a 4* hotel. The room was very but not much was included, at least you usually get a couple of bottles of water for free. Our Shower head was damaged so water pressure was low as a lot of the water was coming out from the side. For us the biggest issue was how much noise was be heard from footsteps in the corridors and furniture being moved in other rooms as cleaning starts relatively early so there isn't much chance of a lie in.

A good hotel with good facility

All round a good hotel. I hope the hotel can atleast give complimentary water and maybe provide a room kettle. Otherwise everything is good.

Exactly what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. It is also in a very close proximity of two big shopping centres and a variety of restaurants, grill bars and coffee and snacks places Our room was on the first floor, cleaned every morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We found it a good value for our money.
