Very small and slightly tired room, but very clean and well located. Although it's a virtual reception at certain times, we found the front desk staff extremely helpful and professional. I'd stay again for an overnight or short break.

Good area, greeted warmly at reception and room was clean. Albeit smaller than I was expecting but that's ok. Now the problem. Your window in the room faces into hallway. You can close shutters for privacy but if you want natural light you have to keep them open. 2nd problem. There is also a curtain on the window but this curtain is on the hall side of window and anyone can just come by and peek in your room. This happened to me. I was resting on the bed and noticed that someone was peering in at me. I had the "do not disturb" sign on door, so not sure if it was cleaning person checking or just a random stranger. Totally freaked me out. Kept my shutters closed the rest of my stay. Noise from hall or room next door was also noticeable

The room was small but very clean. The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and communicated everything well. Check in was an easy process. The downside is that you can easily hear everything in the surrounding rooms, including when people use the toilet, so if you're a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs.

Small room comfortable bed. Eco toilet didn’t flush properly. Quiet area so sleep good. 5 mins walk to Metro Room was not made up I was out from 09:00 to 15:00 so not sure why.

You need to call them apparently to get a room with an exterior window. The interior window looked out to a dirty air conditioning unit. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. According to the remote reception you have to ask for a room with a window. And they meet all pest control standards.

Location was excellent. The hotel is a few minutes away from the metro and within walking distance of the centre. Plenty of places to eat around. The room was small but clean and the bed was confortable but the bathroom was extremely small and hard to move around. The worst aspect were the paper thin walls. We could hear the people in the neighbouring room cough, sneeze, talk on the phone, having conversations and the TV when it was on. Not a great place to relax unfortunately.
