We were unhappy with the ground floor room we had been offered because of smell and overall dinginess, but were told no other room was available. We know this was not true as the website says rooms are available for tonight two hours after we had checked in.

It was a great stay there. Having a plenty of space, very comfortable bed, kitchenette, Keurig coffee, smart TV were all great things! It’s worth the price for the stay. Only thing I wasn’t happy was the restaurant within, I ordered dinner online and it’s supposed to be ready around 30 mins which was stated on website but I haven’t received any messages almost 45 mins. So I just walked to the restaurant and talked to the host. She said it’ll be ready soon, but I ended up waiting for extra 15 mins at the front of restaurant.
