The balcony was very cute. Pretty to look out at the snowy trees. The room was very clean. Only concern was the amount of light from the balcony door. I couldnt turn off the balcony light. Pillows were very big tough to get my neck comfortable.

Lovely place to stay. However, did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff. Voiced my concern, and was treated like I was being annoying. I will stay somewhere else in the future. Upper management is encouraged to reach out to me about my experience. Really enjoyed the service from the gentleman the second night we were there.
