Hotel seemed incomplete. No reading lamps or side tables beside bed. Only lighting in main area of suite was bright cool white ceiling lights. No shelves or counter for personal items in washroom. Check-in was lacklustre to say the least. after 8 hours on the road we were made to wait on an empty lobby till someone finally appeared to check us in. Will not return.

The hotel is nice and new. Staff is friendly. There are no changing stations for vehicles. The hotel is isolated from the city with not much directly next to it but well located if you drive to places.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Boréal. The staff were amazing and they made me feel welcomed right away! My room was clean and so spacious. Unfortunately, I had to leave one day early, but I still had to pay for the night. I strongly recommend the Boréal!!

Queen suite with balcony facing east was great for the morning coffee in Muskoka chair. Place is very clean and quiet. Breakfast included however offers very limited options. Staff very welcoming. That was a great stay overall
