Resepsiyonda Osman ve Atil Beylerin her işimizi kolaylastirmalari, her firsatta sunduklari ikramlari; komi Doğuş Bey'in sessiz guleryuzlu yardimlari ve ozellikle restauran sorumlusu Fatma Hanim'iin bize kendimizi kral ve kralice gibi hissettiren nazik davranislari otelden ayrilisimizi guclestirdi. Kapadokya'nın en iyi oteli.

Otelde 2 gece konaklamak için geldik, normalde check-in saat 14.00 da yapılıyor ama otobüsümüz 7de vardığı için bizi sabah bekletmeden rezerve ettiğimiz odanın bir segment üstü odaya fiyat farkı almadan geçirdiler. Misafirperverlikleri ve ikramlarından bahsetmiyorum bile. Özellikle restoran bölümünde çalışan Fatma Hanım'ın ilgilisi ve nazikliği gönüllerimizi fethetti, çift olarak ilk tatilimiz unutulmaz bir anıya dönüştü, teşekkür ederiz. Oda tasarım, dizayn, temizlik, minibar, puanımız 10 üzerinden 11.
