This large holiday home by Vedersø, is designed for large groups and unforgettable shared experiences. Here you get 24 sleeping places in a house area of 270 square meters and a plot of 3624 square meters, so there is plenty of elbow room, cozy corners and activities for both children and adults. The house was originally built in 1970, but was completely renovated in 2024, so you get a holiday home where modern comfort meets plenty of space for socializing.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The holiday home is ideally located for those of you who want to enjoy peace, nature and freedom around you. The large plot gives a wonderful feeling of privacy, and with the terrace as a natural gathering point you can enjoy long summer evenings under the open sky. Here you have room to breathe deeply, hear the birds sing and let the holiday atmosphere settle in.



Inside, a bright and functional house awaits with 9 bedrooms, divided into 6 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each and 1 room with 2 bunk beds, where both lower bunks are wide enough for 2 people - perfect for families, several generations and groups of friends. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so everyone can find a good place to sleep. The heart of the house is the spacious common areas, where you can gather around the wood pellet stove after a day full of activities (6 mm wood pellets - must be brought). The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, 2 dishwashers, a refrigerator, a 140 liter freezer, a coffee machine and 2 ovens - one of which can function as a microwave, so cooking is easy for many people at once. In addition, the house offers 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and there is also a washing machine and dryer in the hallway - all with a focus on everyday comfort.



Outdoor life is something very special here. On the terrace you will find a barbecue and sun loungers, while the children can spend hours in the activity room, beach volleyball court, mini golf course or at the football goals. There is also pool/billiards, table football, table tennis and darts indoors for extra entertainment. After the day's games, you can pamper yourself in the house's outdoor sauna with space for 12-14 people, the large electrically heated wilderness bath with bubbles for 12 people, or a refreshing swim under the outdoor shower. With charging options for electric cars via Type 2 charger, an energy-saving heat pump, WiFi, Chromecast, Danish and German TV as well as a cot and high chair, everything is thought through for a comfortable holiday.
