The light-filled apartment with stunning views offers 75 m² living space for 2 - 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / WC and a 35 m² living room with open kitchen and direct views of the lake and the Alps.

Perfect hosts, perfect propperty

This is a beautiful and very functional 3rd floor apartment right at the lake. It’s a five minute walk to access the lake to swim. The view from the large balcony is amazing, and our hosts went out of their way to accommodate our various needs. We even received a birthday surprise! The property is in walking distance to bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store. There are so many fun things to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment right by the lake with such a peaceful view. The apartment has everything you need, loved how bright it is and the beds are very comfortable. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt geeignet, um ein paar Tage abzuschalten. Der Ausblick auf den Bodensee ist sowohl vom Wohn- als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus wunderschön!Die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet, wenn man einfache Gerichte zubereiten möchte. In drei Minuten erreicht man eine kleine öffentliche Einstiegsstelle, die sich gut für eine kurze Schwimmeinheit am Morgen eignet. Ein gut sortierter Biomarkt ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem weitere Bade- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, etwa das Strandbad Nußdorf und das Ostbad mit Verleih von Kanus und SUPs.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wir hatten schöne vier Tage und fünf Nächte in der Ferienwohnung Forellenweg in Nussdorf. Der Herr Büter, der auch im Haus wohnt, ist ein guter Gastgeber, stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat alles Notwendige und war auch sauber. Nur unter den Betten lag etwas Staub und die Fenster zur Terrasse hätten etwas klarer sein können.Der Spiegel im Bad ist nur für Großgewachsene und die Sonnenschirmen auf der großen Terrasse sehrwindanfällig und müssen je nach Sonnenstand verschoben werden. Vielleicht macht hier ein 3. Schirm Sinn?Der Blick auf den Bodensee ist toll, aber teilweise durch Bäume versperrt. Wenn man einen kleinen Fußmarsch, um die umliegenden Häuser, von ca 4-6 Minuten auf sich nimmt, kann man direkt an eine kleine Seetreppe ran und in den See springen. Vielleicht gibt es irgendwann einmal einen kleinen Gästezugang über das Grundstück zum Seeverbindungsweg?Das W-Lan war gut und auch der Fernseher hatte Mediatheken und Netflix sowie Amazon. Wahrscheinlich waren wir etwas zu doof und konnten uns dort nicht freischalten, was nicht schlimm, da einer der Vormieter noch angemeldet waren und wir daher die kostenfreien Serien und Filme nutzen konnten.Die Bahn ist unweit entfernt und alle 30 min rauscht ein Zug vorbei. Ca. 7-9 min ist der Bäcker und ein recht gut ausgestatteter Bio-Laden und nur 4 min ein Fahrradladen mit Verleih entfernt.Ansonsten sind die gut zu erreichenden Städtchen Überlingen und Meersburg ein Besuch wert.Danke

Lac de Constance et vélos

L'appartement est grande classe avec une vue superbe. La piste cyclable passe juste à côté de la maison, il y a également une baignade à côté et des magasins pas loin du tout. Une gare de train à proximité (on peut mettre les vélos dans le train et c'est gratuit avec la carte de résident). C'est quasiment parfait (il manque juste un abri pour garer les vélos).

Fantastic appartment with a beutyfull seaview

We have had a wonderfull stay. The appartment is equipped with everything you need including a start package. We felt like home in the bright and cosy appartment and especielly enjoyed the beautyfull roof terrace with the exceptional view over Bodensee. The appartment was very clean. The location is close to a very good Biomarkt and bakery, and a small number of restaurants. We appreciated that we could walk along the lake to Uberlingen and that it is very easy to rent bicycles a little further down the road. For us this is the perfect holiday home in a perfect location close to everything but at the same time with the feeling of being far away. The owner is very easy to communicate with and was during the entire stay a very attentive and hospitable host. We can highly recommend this place!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Fewo war genau so wie beschrieben und die Fotos trafen voll zu. Wir waren begeistert von dem schönen großen Balkon und der Aussicht auf den Bodensee. Die Badestelle erlaubte das Schwimmen im Bodensee bereits vor dem Frühstück. Drr Sonnenuntergang hat uns begeistert. Wir hatte tolles Wetter und konnten einen guten Überblick über die Sehenswürdigkeiten am Bodensee bekommen. Die Vermieter ware sehr freundlich und haben uns gerne Auskünfte erteilt. Es war sehr angenehm. Wir können die Fewo nur ausdrücklich empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommem.

Traumhaft

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und alle waren mit der Einrichtung und den Betten sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt am See und trotzdem sind Strandbad, Bäcker, Biomarkt und Bushaltestelle fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und auch aus der Wohnung ist grandios. Wir vermissen diese Sicht zuhause jetzt bei jedem Blick aus dem Fenster. Schön war auch, dass wir je nach Wellengang das Plätschern der Wellen gehört haben. Bei unserer nächsten Reise an den Bodensee werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Erholsamer Urlaub am Bodensee

In neuem Haus (BJ 2019), mit vollständiger moderner Ausstattung im Dachgeschoß, blieben keine Wünsche offen. Von dem riesigen Balkon schöner Blick über den Bodensee. Sonnenschirme und Sonnenliegen sowie grossem Tisch mit Stühlen machten den Aufenthalt draußen zum Vergnügen. Öffentlicher Seezugang in 3-5 Gehminuten. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Super Wohnung in Spitzenlage!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht in der großzügigen Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den Bodensee - nicht nur von der großen Dachterrasse aus, sondern auch durch die große Fensterfront. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten! Bäcker, Bio-Markt, Restaurants, Fahrradgeschäft, Strandbad, kleiner öffentlicher Zugang zum See - alles zudem fußläufig in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. On top sehr nette Vermieter!

Ferienwohnung mit Traumlage und Aussicht

Neue großzügige Ferienwohnung mit sehr großer Dachterrasse. Große Fensterfronten. Die Matratzen sind gut. Ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände im Wohnbereich sind andere als auf der Plattform gezeigt, die Küche ist funktionell. In den Schlaf- und Wohnräumen gibt es fernsteuerbare Außenwand-Lüfter, keine Klimaanlage. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für ruhige Urlaubstage.
