This stylish 3-room holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms and stunning lake views is located in an extremely quiet, prestigious area near the vineyards above Lake Constance. The apartment was renovated in summer 2022 and furnished with new furniture and beds.
A parking space is right in front of the door. The apartment features Mediterranean charm and a spacious living-dining room overlooking the lake. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic lake views and direct access to the rooftop terrace. The terrace, with its beautiful lake view, is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink in the sunset.
Relax in the evenings on the new white designer leather sofa in the living room. There are 2 bedrooms—one with a large box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), the other with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm)—as well as an exclusive bathroom with a large bathtub where you can unwind.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The center of Überlingen is about a 15-minute walk away. The lake is only about 12 minutes on foot. A bus stop is nearby, about 100 m from the house.
Larger pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
