The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special. Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay. We look forward to coming back soon

Amazing place, even more amazing staff

As my title states, this place was truly amazing! Accommodations were great, delicious breakfast, restaurants nearby, and close to Ubud center. All this aside, what stood out was the incredible staff. I arranged a surprise floating breakfast and honeymoon room decoration for my wife- they went above and beyond to ensure this was done perfectly. They were always smiling and always extremely helpful in case we needed anything- by far the best/nicest staff we’ve encountered at any hotel :)

Beautiful property and pool. The staff is very kind and helpful. We were welcomed by Ayu at the reception. She's a trainee, but is very well skilled, speaks excellent English and extremely kind and welcoming. She gave us room 8203, a very nice room overlooking the pool and temple. Wayan the restaurant manager runs things smoothly and is great company. We had a lot of contact with him and he taught us a lot about Balinese culture and Bahasa. Then there's the bartender Wira, he has the friendliest smile, talks a lot and makes every cocktail you want. He is very tallented as well and is also a trainee. Every hotel needs a Wira at their bar! Septiana works in the restaurant and is a lot of fun. She entertaines the guests, serves everything you ask for and knows a lot about Ubud and where to go or not. Overall they have a lot of friendly tallented trainees like Ayu, Wira (Lola), Ari, Dewa and Rani. They made us feel right at home. They do have excellent staff to teach them. Murkanti, Garet, Gus Dwi and Septiana lead the hotel and restaurant excellent. Thanks to them we had a great time and will come back to this beautiful hotel.
