Love this place! There are many bad reviews which we couldn't understand why!! Staff at this place are so nice and always greet you. Pool is lovely and kept clean. Room in quite basic but not a problem for us. It was clean, the bed was super comfy, there were windows which opened, and a balcony with chairs and a table! Fresh breakfast is made to order for you and delivered to your balcony! Such a central location too with markets, shows and lots of food options close by!!! Can't fault We had no problems at this place!! Would love to come and stay again

The room was very dirty, mattress was disgusting, ants, flies and mosquitoes in the room. We end up having itchy and allergic body. No soaps and shampo provided. They don't change linen or towels. No laundry services. We would not recommend anyone staying in this place.

I really liked the location. I do not like that they are not responsible for the daily cleaning of the rooms or even the common areas. They do not provide any toiletries, not even a bar of soap for basic grooming. The wall connectors do not work properly The Wifi practically does not exist.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We tried to go back into our room after dinner and the key broke. The staff didn't have a spare key and we couldn't have access to our stuff. They put us in a different room with damp, mouldy pillows and no air con. In the morning, they refused to give us a refund for our room and tried to make us pay for cutting a new key. We are very disappointed with our stay and do not recommend this place. There was no sense of urgency to try and solve the situation.

The bungalow is conveniently located in central Ubud, making it easy to explore the town and access to shops. However the building is old and in need of a good clean. The standard room I stayed in does not have cupboard or any place to hang clothes. Towels were provided upon request but you need to bring your own soap and shampoo. The bed sheets and towels should be replaced. Bathroom walls, basin and toilet bowls are stained. Shower drainage is very slow. For people who need clean room, toilet and bathroom, this place is not for you. If you are on a budget and can overlook the above shortcomings, this is a reasonable accommodation.

Overall an average stay. Rooms were a good size. Towels were not very clean but if you needed anything you could just go down to the front desk and ask. Staff were nice and breakfast everyday was good. Better if you ordered earlier in the morning then later. It’s what you expect for the price as you are paying to be right downtown in Ubud which it was.

Not very happy

The photos are deceptively nice, the reality was quite different. There were lots of things that didn’t work, like the ceiling fan - and no fresh towels with the room cleaning. Advertises free WiFi but actually it’s only available in a small area by the pool, none in the rooms. The area is convenient and the room is big - about the only two things good about it. The hotel has completely talked itself up on the hotels.com website.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was a great hotel! Very clean and staff were great! Only downside is the location is a little far from monkey forest but overall great place! Our room was a ceiling fan so it was a little toasty but nonetheless great place!

We had a decent stay here.... the room we booked on the app for the discounted rate was not good it had no bedding, or wifi, or toilet paper. We talked to the staff and they upgraded us for one night to a nicer room... which was not that much better. We however decided to stay cause we liked the pool and food around etc. The upgrade ended up costing 350,000 so double what price we booked at..... the king sized bed had a 1/2 foot deep crater in it and there is no hot water... the wifi works enough to maybe send a message if your lucky. There was a big deal with a guest thinking his stuff got stolen, apparently her was just drunk and confused. I think there is better out there. But if your not fussy and the price is right it’s not that bad. The breakfast delivered to the villa was good and they gave us lots of coffee. 👌

Sort of Balinese style room with terrace where you have the breakfast (salad fruit with banana pankeke or jaffle or omelette or jam & toasts) every morning, very good wifi, friendly & helpful staff, motorbike rental, very good location and cheap price.
