My children and I had an amazing time at this beautiful resort and spa. It was very clean, the service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly. I recommend this gorgeous resort if you are staying in Ubud, Bali. I will definitely be coming back. ❤️

Property looks better in marketing. I got food poisoning at the hotel restaurant the first night. I was sick for 2 days and never saw Ubud. I had to call hotel doctor at my expense. Room smelled of mold and a humidifier was added. It stopped working in the middle of the night, every night. We checked out 1 night earlier and asked for reimbursement to which they offered a free meal which we did not take. Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly.

We stayed in a pool villa overlooking the valley. The villa was well equiped, private and comfortable. The hotel grounds are extensive and amazing. First class overall. Good gym and dining options. Ubud centre walkable in about 10-15 minutes, but safer using the hotel shuttle, which runs every hour.
