A localização é boa, a rua Vanessa manutenção pela prefeitura, esburacada. O imóvel estava ótimo, precisando de algumas manutenções, é principalmente limpeza externa do corredor é quinta, estava com limo das chuvas, que se limpo a cada 15 dias, ficaria com melhor aparência. O proprietário, Sr. Emerson foi atencioso e esclareceu claramente as regras e demais informações. Valor bem acessível para ir em até 8 pessoas, recomendo.
