Dirty sheets on the floor. Vacuum cleaner inside the room. Stains on carpet. Bed uncomfortable. Only one blanket. No room key provided. We have stayed here before, but will not choose it again.

While I really appreciate the check-in time of 2:30 AM, the room wasn’t made properly, it sure if it was even cleaned. One bed was not made at all. The pillow was dirty as hell. There was no towel or soap. Could be better prepared for guests.

If you like an retro expereince, this motel fits the bill! If you would prefer everything looking new, this place is not for you. I love the retro feel and comfort of the drive right to the door, old time motel. Also, whenever I stop, the staff is so very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy and I get a great night sleep every night. If my trip takes me by Heyburn and the time is right, I choose Tops Motel each time.

We would have loved to stay the night but no one was at the office when we arrived. We had messaged we would be in late. We had driven 18 hours. We called and rang the bell but nobody answered. We have up and went to the truck stop and slept in the car.

Clean but would not return.

Low budget motel. Strong potpourri scent. A/C only sort of worked. Clean, no frills. Biggest issue is the woman tried to charge more than what we had reserved online for. Warning Train blows whistle throughout the night. Not motels fault but does make sleeping extremely difficult.
