This house has a beautiful backyard. The kitchen has what most people would need to cook most things. The beds are comfortable and there are ample towels and sheets. Check in is 5pm, which is very late. If you ask for an early check-in, it will cost you, quite a bit. When my family arrived, at 5pm, the dishwasher and dryer were running as the “detail” team made their exit. Now, that means the dishes from the last guests were there for me to put away! But, when I opened the dishwasher (at 7:30pm), not only were there dishes greeting me, they were completely caked with burnt on egg and something else all over the glasses. My husband and I spent our vacation time hand-washing the previous guests dishes. When I spoke with VRBO, I was offered either 35% of my stay in credit or 15% in cash, for a 5-star rating. Personally, that doesn’t pay for my trouble or time. The next day, when I was starting my family’s laundry, I found wet towels in the washer.
