Should have handrails in all bathroom showers I had asked for a handicap accessible. It did not get picked up on the site. I was put into a bathroom that had no handicap accessible handles.

Parking was fine. Disappointed that when we arrived early the lady at the desk told us we couldn't check in until 3pm, repeated that several times. When she was asked if my room was near the block of 5 rooms that my other family are in she said that she got the message and yes my room is by them. After coming back to check in we found my room was not even on the same floor or anywhere near them. We only found this out after I checked in and my sister was checking in after me when I overheard that she was on the 1st floor. Luckily there was a room cancelled that was 6 rooms down the hall from them on the 1st floor that I was able to be put in.
