Contact facile et agréable avec la personne chargée de l'accueil.
L'appartement est cependant vraiment très loin d'être coquet .Les photographies ne permettent pas d'imaginer l'état de vétusté très avancé de la salle de bains (on est à la limite de la salubrité dans la partie douche). La cuisine porte, elle aussi, les marques du temps. Le mauvais état de la literie de l'une des deux chambres est aussi à souligner. Enfin, le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer.
