Great 70 th birthday reunion sleepover

Myself and 4 of my closest friends who all turn 70 this year stayed overnight and we had a blast. 2 am call it a night was pretty good for us ‘oldies’. The house is wonderful. Clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and a nice quiet location. Amy was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Good location with everything you need

Really enjoyed our stay at Tumbi Umbi cheerful home. Very clean and organised. Great location. Only 6mins to Shelly beach which is beautiful. We didn't get to the house until 10.30-11pm and it was very hot. Grateful for the air con. It would have been good to be able to keep the front door open when there was a breeze but there was no screen door. Also only 1 bedroom had a fan. I slept in the loungeroom with the air con:) Thank you Amy for being accommodating and your friendly communication.

Functional and well located

The property is close to the lake as well as on the way to all interesting places on Central Coast. It is a cottage, so cleanliness only goes so far, kitchen equipment is minimal and worn, and there is no dinner table only a bar that can accommodate 4 stools. The outdoor table is not really usable for meals, so it was not ideal for our family with 4 adults and 2 children, bit fine for a short stay.

We had a very comfortable stay. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful and pleasant. The only drawback was that the house had only 1 bathroom not 2 and 1 toilet could not be used as it was tiny

Relaxed Coastal Getaway

Amy’s place was perfect for a chilled out coastal getaway. It was just a short drive from the beach and the shops, and had enough space for us to hang out together or relax separately. Having no wifi meant that we could switch off and just be present with each other :)
