I had a wonderful stay at Olivia Ocean Front Tulum and would definitely return. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout my stay. The property was also exceptionally clean and well maintained... everything felt spotless and thoughtfully taken care of. I really liked the digital check-in process and the communication through WhatsApp. I’ve only seen this kind of concept at a couple of hotels in Mexico, so I found it quite innovative and convenient. Communication was easy and made the whole experience feel very seamless. The hotel also offers complimentary parking, which is a great plus. Just keep in mind that it’s important to let the team know about 10 minutes before you arrive so they can have everything ready for your access. The food at the restaurants was incredible as well. There were several great options, and the quality really stood out. Another detail I really appreciated was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. Alex mentioned that the property operates 100% with solar panels, or at least that was what I was told, which I found especially impressive and a great initiative for a hotel in Tulum. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was an incredible experience. The service was exceptional, attentive, and thoughtfully designed to make everything feel effortless. One of the things I enjoyed most was the digital check in and digital guest service. It feels innovative and convenient, giving you the freedom to manage everything at your own pace without having to depend on traditional front-desk schedules. For me, this is a great option because I simply want to relax, enjoy my surroundings, and experience everything on my own terms. The combination of excellent service, technology, privacy, and flexibility makes Olivia Oceanfront Tulum a place I would definitely recommend.
