The second room has a queen size bed and a single one surrounded by a a peaceful enviroment that will lead you to total rest, with its own private bathroom and organic products designed only for you.
The Swim Up deck goes from the living room to the main room.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed queen size where you can spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones by watching a serie or that important sport game in an UltraHD4K 49" TV.
Our Dinning Table invites you to share a meal with everyone you want and to cook that special recipe you love so much. Electric Stove, fridge, 2 Coffee Machines to keep your coffee warm up to 4 hours, juice extractor, blender, toaster, everything you need only for your use!!

Cancellation by owner three hours after the check-in

We spent three hours with VRBO customer service to access the housing. We booked and paid the reservation but no access information. During this long call, the owner cancelled the reservation. We had to find another solution on our own. This is really not a serious owner and customer service had no solution to give us

Cosy apartment in perfect location

We, a family of four, really enjoyed staying 10 days in this beautiful, clean, light apartment. We biked everyday to the beaches (north and south), to the ruins and to Tulum pueblo forblive cream and dinner. Aldea Zama is located between the town and the beach with approx. 2,5 km either way. There’s a great bike road and our kids (aged 8 and 6) easily biked everywhere. The apartment was simply the perfect base for a holiday like this. If we return to Tulum I’d opt for Aldea Zama again! And the building and apartment was spotless clean and brand new - just perfect. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the pool - it was cleaned for several hours (you can easily used it while it’s being cleaned, due to its size) every day!! Impressing.

Great place! Clean, secure and a pool right off the patio!

Host Lilian met us upon our arrival, ran through the basics, and made herself available should we have any problems/questions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with 24 hr staff at the front desk. My only criticism would be that there are no amenities in the immediate area, so we could not just pop out to grab supplies / a bite to eat, as we did not have a vehicle. Fortunately, bikes are included, so it wasn’t so bad! The condo’s located midway between Tulum Pueblo and the beach, which was nice. It’s a really nice place and the pool can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a vehicle.
