Ideal for those who want to spend a quiet holiday away from the chaos of the beautiful city without giving up on the sea which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The villa consists of two levels on the ground floor with large open space with sofa bed, large table with 6 chairs, 1 bathroom with shower and basin with solid wood top, a double bedroom with attached wardrobe and air conditioner another double bedroom. The tavern area with sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined if necessary, fireplace, table with 6 chairs, kitchen with 5 burners, oven, hood, frost-free refrigerator, freezer and double sink; 1 bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet; large outdoor garden equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is ventilated and also very cool, you don't suffer from the heat during the day and at night you sleep pleasantly with a sheet.

Within 400 meters from the house there are a butcher, bakery, delicatessen, minimarket, food, the Post Office, a large square where the weekly market takes place on Friday, a bar with excellent production of artisan ice cream and pizzeria.
