This property has no humans so in order to check in you need a code which is supposed to be sent in an email The email was never sent to me so when I arrived I needed to wait and wait outside a locked door until finally someone on the phone answers.... not good at all. Then I am sleeping and do not disturb is on and cleaning come in at 8:30 am with no warning and come inside my room! Outrageous. I stayed here a few times before and it was not amazing but it was better then this experience. I think I deserve a refund for this Terrible stay.

El concepto funciona si el internet funciona.

Concepto muy interesante pero absolutamente dependiente del internet. Cuando llegamos el internet estaba caído y tuvimos que esperar hasta que llegó un técnico que nos ayudó. Muy amable la atención y resolvieron rápidamente.

Checkin was a pain... Although the entrance card was supposedly written correctly, only the fourth card worked at the door. The telephone hotline was really helpful and gave great support. New Horizons - you need to check all of your cards if they can actually open the programmed door! Everything else as expected. Very clean. A little expensive for the (very!) remote location.

Das einzige was ich bemängle, ist der Zustand das es im Zimmer eiskalt war als ich angekommen bin. Alle Heizungen waren aus…dies finde ich bei den jetzigen Außentemperaturen sehr unfreundlich.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt trotz Zugangsschwierigkeiten

Bis auf den Erstzugang zum Hotel ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Der Zugangscode beim Erstzugang funktionierte leider nicht (es ging an diesem Tag auch anderen Hotelbewohnern so). Nachdem uns andere Hotelbewohner den Zugang gewährt hatten entwickelte sich Anmeldeprozess am Automaten zu einem langwierigen Unterfangen. Danach hat alles bestens funktioniert und der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend und angenehm.

Booked two rooms, check-in was a problem. Info missed for the second room. Had to wait 30min in phone. First room was ok clean but there was leftovers from other guests... :( Second room dad a dirty floor, bread crumps and bigger pices...;(

Die Einrichtung war super, klasse Ausstattung mit komplett eingerichteter Küche. Im Zimmer war zu lesen, dass es im Keller vorbereitetes Geschirr in Weidenkörben gab. Es gab zwar Geschirr, aber keine Körbe, leider auch keine Hafermilch, obwohl ausgeschrieben. Es gibt einen Selbstbedienungskiosk im Keller, gut ausgestattet mit Spaghetti, mehreren Soßen und Currys, auch vegan, leider nicht oft genug aufgefüllt. Es fehlt Milch und auch Reis. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar sehr ruhig, leider aber so weit oben auf dem Berg, dass sie mit dem Fahrrad (und einem Kind) kaum zu erreichen war. Es fährt ein Bus fast vor das Hotel, am Wochenende jedoch nur jede halbe Stunde.
