The home felt like we were visiting beloved relatives. A little quirky - one of the toilets screamed intermittently, and some lights were out in the bathroom - but overall, so much like a home and not just a rental.

Great house. It was well-appointed, beautifully decorated, had a great kitchen, and was in a wonderful location. Fenced back yard area was very welcoming with comfortable outdoor furnishings. We enjoyed the putting green. Would definitely stay here again.

Just checked out and missing it already! We loved this historic ranch and the Sam Hughes neighborhood. We had wonderful early morning walks where we admired all the historic architecture and gardens in the neighborhood. The house was clean and had all amenities that we needed.

Splendid Property

We booked this property at the last minute in connection with a move from Santa Fe to Tucson. Communications with the host were very easy and she was very flexible when we had to add a night.The property is in the Sam Hughes historical area of Tucson. We have stayed in probably 5 VRBOs in that area, as well as many domestically and abroad. This property is by far one of the best we've experienced, ranging from apartments in Paris to resort condominiums in Hawaii.It is spacious, private, quiet, well-maintained, and (for us, traveling with 2 dogs), a perfect pet-friendly place. Frankly, it is hard not to keep adding superlatives and we'd recommend the property to anyone. Were we not now going to live in Tucson, we'd seek this property out whenever we planned to return.

Comfortable stay during Easter

The listing was as described. The house was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. My parents and pets were very comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The host communicated in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great experience. We definitely recommend this listing.

Neat little house in a great neighborhood

We had a great stay. House was super cute, very clean with all the amenities you might need. The host was extremely responsive and there immediately when we needed her. Also, extraordinarily hospitable. We received a pleasant surprise of craft snacks and sweet treats waiting for us. I'd stay here again with no hesitation.

GREAT PLACE!!

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood!! The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s rare to find a pet friendly home that doesn’t smell like dogs so big thumbs up there!! Amanda the host is wonderful. Great at communication and fast to answer any questions. I definitely will be returning.

Super clean, great location, and amazing back yard!

House was super clean and very comfortable! Loved the backyard and covered patio! It was so nice to have an area for our dog to go potty. Grass is hard to find in Tucson! Super quiet neighborhood. Can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!

3 great weeks in Tucson

My wife and I avoided some of Wisconsin’s winter by staying for 3 weeks in Amanda’s wonderful rental. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There’s a huge kitchen and dining room with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Amanda was easy to contact and immediately responded to any questions. Great house in a great neighborhood.

Already Booked for Next Year!

I cannot say enough about this property. One of the best I’ve rented! The house is exactly as described. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked - everything you need in the kitchen - plus, they even provided a few snacks! The layout is great for 2 or 4 people - very comfortable beds - plenty of room to spread out in the house - has a nice dining area, living room and small desk/study area. There are 2 full bathrooms - one for each bedroom. Awesome to have a washer and dryer for a longer stay. Easy to follow instructions for easy check-in/check-out. Super responsive owner/management - was able to answer questions quickly. Thank you for providing the perfect accommodations!

Gem show weekend stay

Lovely House in Delightful Tucson Neighborhood

This house is very clean, comfortable, and especially well-stocked. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for walking. It is also very conveniently located to grocery stores and everything else you might need. The host has been perfect. Highly recommend!

Great home!

The place was great and exactly how it was listed. It was our first ever VRBO booking and don’t regret it - as we usually stay in hotels. Only think I’d recommend is having wash clothes available and curtains or some sort of window coverings in the living area.

A wonderful place
