We welcome you to stay in our casita, this is cozy guest house attached to our main house. It has its private entrance and self check in which is a plus for social distancing. Our beautiful casita is in the NW area of Tucson in a desirable area! The only shared space is the driveway, it will be shared with us. Right side is for guest. Only room for one car spot for guest.

Very Residential location

The property was in a very residential new area off the beaten path. Owner responded promptly to our text for the WIFI passcode since the App wasn't working and there wasn't any information in the rental to provide it. Newer home but carpeting in the rental space was very worn and dirty. We arrived at check in time, but the space wasn't ready, someone was still cleaning and the door connecting to the home was open wide, but no one answered our call outs if anyone was home, so we left and came back an hour later. Limited supplies for guests in all areas of use, i.e. only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels, no kitchen towels except paper towels, silverware, etc. No extra bedding for the sleeper sofa, so if it were needed, it was not usable. Noisy household with children with only one regular door separating the home kitchen/family room to the kitchen/family room of rental space. Felt as if there wasn't separation and you could hear all the going on in the home. For an in-law or the actual home guest, would have been fine, but not for us as total strangers. No electrical lights at the entrance doorway to the rental caused the entry area to be pitch black once the solar lights were drained. We are early risers and the sun wasn't up yet so we had to use our phone flashlights to see the keypad etc. Overall it served our purpose as a landing spot for a Vacation Race event and some hiking.
