Studio B (Great Hideaway) approx 300 sq ft self sufficient separate entrance. Downtown Tucson Armory Park neighborhood. Studio B is part of the main house Triplex. Studio B is fully furnished and kitchen is equipped. The residence constructed over 100 years ago is made of mud adobe that keeps the place cool. When need be HVAC can be adjusted by contacting the on premise property manager. A place Perfect for medical personnel or graduate students. Sorry no pets. Plenty of privacy should you be shy.
Resturants galore. Mexican, Italian, Indian. Try Time Market, Michas, Anitas, or the Barrio. All good locations for food and drink. All walking distance.

Great value for money. It's perfect for 1 person, in a great central location, and there was always a street parking space available right in front of the house. The main door opens into the bathroom, so the logistics of the place might be kind of weird if you have multiple people staying there who come and go a different times. There is a nearby noisy train so be aware of that if you are a light sleeper.

Armory Park Historic Residential Studio

This was by far my best pick in this entire area. I have stayed at various places with Vrbo in and out of state. The communication was timely. The neighborhood and property are quiet. I felt safe on this gated property. I enjoyed being close to the freeway as well as having all the things I needed within walking distance. Definitely staying here again next year if it is available. Full kitchen to prepare food AND close to some very good restaurants!
