Charming stone house, completely renovated, is located above the coastal village Srida Sela in Gornje Tučepi on the Makarska Riviera. The beach is about 4 km away. The holiday Ahaus features a living room with the kitchen, two Bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms with shower. The rooms are spread over three floors, a total of 90sqm gesammt area.

Wir verbrachten im August wunderbare 3 Wochen in Tucepi

Wir verbrachten im August wunderbare 3 Wochen in Tucepi. Im Einzelnen: Das Ferienhaus: Das Steinhaus lag im in einem zu Tucepi zugehörigem Bergdorf wunderbar gelegen mit tollem direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die Anfahrt zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, war nach 1,5 Tagen kein Problem mehr. Das Haus war toll, modern eingerichtet und mit Pool ausgestatten für schöne Poolvormittage - wir verbrachten zumeist den Morgen am Pool, später auch am Meer und waren am Nachmittag unterwegs. Es war modern eingerichtet und bot für 4 Personen mit Hund genug Platz. Die Vermieter waren ebenfalls toll, kümmerten sich bei allen Fragen sehr um uns und verwöhnten uns auch mit selbst gebackenen Forcaccia, Thunfischcreme und Wein, gaben uns zudem Tips über Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir haben uns echt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung: Die direkte Umgebung bietet zudem eine Menge Abwechslung. Das Dorf direkt 2 Konobas, zu denen man auch laufen kann und die gutes Essen zubereiten, am Ankunftsabend gabe es im Dorf sogar ein Musik-Konzert - soll es ab und zu mal geben. 3 Ortschaften am Meer mit Makarska, Tucepi am Mehr und Podgora mit einer reichlichen Auswahl an Restaurants und Meeraktivitäten, inkl. Segeltrips, Fähre nach Brac,.... Nach Split sind es ca. 70 KM und Trogir (sehr zu empfehlen) 90 km über Autobahn. Supermärkte gibt es in 5 KM in Makarska mit Kaufland, Plodine und Konsum zu Genüge.

House is in a nice little village above the coast line. Extraordinary views to the sea - iles of Brac and Hvar and to the mountains. Owners are very friendly. Helpt us to rent a boat for a better price.

Wunderschönes Haus, klasse Aussicht und super herzliche Vermieter.

Lage: Das hübsche Steinhaus befindet sich in den Bergen, oberhalb des Badeortes Tucepi und ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt. Ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man die nächst größere Stadt Makarska, in der man Supermärkte (u.a. Lidl und bald auch Kaufland) und Banken findet. Da sich das Haus an einem Berghang befindet, sollte man sich auf einige steile Serpentinen einstellen. Unterkunft: Im Gegenzug für den steilen Aufstieg, erhält man jedoch sowohl vom Pool aus, als auch aus den Fenstern des Hauses einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts waren wir erst die zweiten Bewohner in dieser Unterkunft, dementsprechend war alles sehr neu und ungebraucht. Zudem sieht das Haus exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern. An dieser Stelle ein großes Kompliment an die Eigentümerin, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail (teilweise mit Familienerbstücken) die Einrichtung selbst gestaltet hat. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Außenbereich, mit Pool, Essecke und Grill. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine großzügige Küche, in der wir alles vorgefunden haben was man zum kochen braucht, ein Essbereich sowie der Wohnbereich mit Couch, Fernseher und Soundanlage. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein grosszüges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppeltbett, mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer sowie Zugang zur Dachterasse. Das obere Schlafzimmer, dass durch eine Treppe zu erreichen ist, kann durch eine Art Rollladen vom ersten Stock abgetrennt werden, so das man auch in diesem Bereich seine Privatsphäre hat. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Fernseher (Sat.) , und die Betten empfanden wir als sehr bequem. Fazit: Unsere Erwartungen an das Haus wurden vollständig erfüllt und teilweise sogar übertroffen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Besitzer, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar waren und sich in allen Situationen um uns gekümmert haben.
