This is our favourite airport hotel for going in and out of Bali. Perfect for the international terminal. Staff are amazing. And restaurant has great food and service.

One of the best decisions for our trip was booking this hotel for our first night (flight arrival at 10pm). The hotel was within 5 minutes walking from the arrivals gate and had plenty of international dining options on the room service menu. The hotel breakfast buffet once again had a good and vast selection of international and Indonesian dishes. The bathroom was a little dated and was a little dirty. However, for one night stay I would highly recommend for travellers with an early flight or arriving from a later flight.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location when arriving in Bali quite late and again to alleviate stress of traffic when leaving Bali. Airport Departure entrance is connected to the hotel and a short 2 minute from the front desk. We enjoyed the pool, gym and surrounding areas of the hotel. We found the beds were very comfortable and great to rest from a long flight or prior to catching a flight out of Bali (we started and finished our trip here) Breakfast options were okay. There's a variety of traditional dishes and full english breakfast type dishes. We had Premier lounge access which was nothing special. It seemed the food was repurposed from breakfast and was not replenished. Drinks and cocktails were good. Although we were asked to finish our drink so that they could use the same glass? We ended up leaving. Decor is basic, dated but comfortable and windows could've done with a clean as they are the feature of the lounge, which overlooks the runway. Dinner was a disappointment we ordered a bbq chicken dish which came out after a lomg wait time, was cold piece of very dry chicken (leg and thigh) with a sauce and the mash potato tasted like it was instant or powdered. Was our last dinner in Bali and such a let down.
