The only thing I do not like is having $20 added to my bill because I might have incidentals. I still have not been reimbursed for the $20. The bill at checkout took off the $20 but it still has not been credited to my bank account.

Not what I booked very disappointed

I booked a handicap accessible room and upon arrival i was given a standard room. When i asked the clerk if it was handicap accessible she said yes she thought so. We went up to the room to find out it was not. NO grabbars around the toilet so shower chair or grab bars in the shower. We went downstairs to inform the desk clerk and she said they had nothing available. We had no options and had to stay in the unprotected room. I could not close the bathroom door while using it. My poor husband had to squeeze in to help me use the toilet. No shower that was not a option. The bed was as hard as a rock. But on a positive note breakfast was good. Would I stay again, no it was a very terrible experience that I don't wish to repeat. Lesson learned while booking through a third arty call and make sure you will get the room you booked.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Common areas were nice, breakfast was good. The rooms could use an upgrade and beds definitely need to be upgraded. Pillows and bed was not comfortable.

Underwhelming

Front desk staff was very unwelcoming. Checked in at 4pm on a Sunday. The hotel was empty and slow. Reception acted like we were bothering her and she made little effort to provide any property details. She checked us into the 1st floor, at the very end of the hall, near an exit door. The room smelled musky, other wise eh. The mattress was firm. Just an underwhelming stay and hotel experience.
