This home offers convenient access to Squaw Valley USA, Alpine, Northstar, Donner Lake (5 min) and Lake Tahoe (20 min). Truckee/Tahoe has a plethora of winter and summer activities-It truly is a year round playground! Enjoy world class hiking, mountain biking and golf, and water sports such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and wake boarding, all within 5-15 minutes distance from the home. Take advantage of the Tahoe Donner private beach on Donner Lake, which offers water sport rentals, pier use and a family friendly sandy beach for swimming with the kids.

Enter the home by walking up one flight of stairs to the front stone entry way and mud room-the front door leads to the main great room space. Highlights include new hardwood floors, a comfy L shaped couch and open concept kitchen and dining space. Sierra Haven is located in Tahoe Donner, the prime vacation rental community in Truckee. This property is 5 minutes to The Trout Creek Recreation Center-where guests can enjoy spas, a year round pool, gym and fitness classes for $24 per adult and $10 for ages 3-6. For an additional fee enjoy the beginner downhill ski area and the cross country Alder Creek Adventure Center. The hot tub and pool amenities listed for this home are shared at the recreation center.
