Le site proposĂ© est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  l'entrĂ©e de 3-Ilets, Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et du sympathique vieux bourg. Le gĂźte est spacieux, amĂ©nagĂ© avec goĂ»t, bien Ă©quipĂ© et confortable. À l'exception des courtes festivitĂ©s du Carnaval, l'endroit est calme, avec une vue sur la baie de Genipa, les flancs de Fort-de-France et les pitons du Carbet. AccĂšs aisĂ© aux voies rapides pour rejoindre les grands axes et visiter toute l'Île. Nos hĂŽtes ont Ă©tĂ© accueillants et de bons conseils pour orienter nos visites. Vivant sur place, ils peuvent solutionner rapidement tout problĂšme, comme un petit souci avec notre air climatisĂ©. Avec l'arrivĂ©e des sargasses sur notre plage fĂ©tiche du Diamant, il Ă©tait facile d'atteindre les Anses d'Arlet ou les Salines en moins d'une demi-heure. Attention, il y a une trentaine de marches, en bon Ă©tat, pour accĂ©der au logement du stationnement.

Bel emplacement et accueil trÚs agréable

La location convenait parfaitement à notre recherche. Belle vue sur la baie depuis la grande terrasse, endroit calme, appartement bien disposé, bien agencé et trÚs propre. Accueil convivial. Il est cependant indispensable d'avoir une voiture.

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine au sein de cette location agrĂ©ablement situĂ©e, avec un point de vue idyllique. Logement venant juste d’ĂȘtre refait, autant vous dire que tout est irrĂ©prochable tant en dĂ©coration qu’en Ă©quipements. Notre hĂŽte c’est avĂ©rĂ© sympathique, prĂ©cis, ponctuel, ayant tout fait pour nous rendre ce sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Il y a 2 logements sur le mĂȘme niveau, celui ci Ă©tant le plus grand. Nous y Ă©tions en mĂȘme temps qu’un autre couple, et la sĂ©paration est suffisamment bien faite pour que chacun puisse vivre sa vie confortablement. Le propriĂ©taire compte Ă©galement continuer Ă  amĂ©liorer l expĂ©rience client en insonorisant les ouvertures des chambres en y installant des fermetures vitrĂ©es. Ce logement est climatisĂ©, et je ne peux Ă©videmment que vous le conseiller en Martinique. À bientĂŽt 👋

Avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour chez Gregory et NadĂšge, trĂšs disponibles mais nĂ©anmoins discrets. De l’accueil au dĂ©part, ils ont su rendre notre sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Jamais avares de nous donner des infos sur les bons coins incontournables. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs bien placĂ©e, tant pour visiter le sud que pour aller sur la cĂŽte atlantique nord ou au nord de Fort de France. Le petit plus, la navette maritime qui relie les Trois Îlets Ă  Fort de France en 20 minutes. Quant au logement, il est impeccable et de bon gout. Il est neuf et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous recommandons sans rĂ©serve. À nouveau, merci Ă  eux.
