HĂŽtel impeccable!

Incroyable hotel de bord de mer Ă  Anse Ă  l’ane avec un accĂšs direct sur la plage. Chambre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©es et confortable. Service impeccable. Nous avions reservĂ© pour 2 nuits mais sommes finalement restĂ©s 4.

L’hĂŽtel est de bonne qualitĂ© et les Ă©quipements rĂ©cents. En revanche la gestion administrative est un enfer, facturation avant mon arrivĂ©e sur la mauvaise carte bancaire, erreur sur le montant de facturation (j’attends toujours un remboursement), impossible d’obtenir une facture !!!! Un mois aprĂšs mon retour je n’ai toujours pas de facture pour la dĂ©claration de mes frais professionnels. Une aberration !!!!

L’accueil Ă©tait plutĂŽt froide; nous avions rĂ©servĂ© « vue sur mer »; en arrivant, on nous averti que c’est complet et qu’on pourra nous accommoder au rez-de-chaussĂ©e! Nous avons fermement avisĂ© qu’il faudra nous rembourser la diffĂ©rence. Le lendemain, on nous transfert Ă  l’étage, suite dont nous avions rĂ©servĂ©e et payĂ© pour. SĂ©jour en famille vraiment agrĂ©able. Un loupĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e car la reservation expedia/hotels.com n’etait pas remontĂ©e dans leur registre. Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre vue mer, mais nous avons ete relogĂ© dans une suite familiale tout aussi agreable, si ce n’est mieux (chambre sĂ©parĂ©e). Le geste commercial a Ă©tĂ© offert(petit dej offert). Espace parfait. Manque un balai pour nettoyer quand on mange dans l’appart. Mais le menage est fait tous les jours (ou 2 jours).. Piscine parfaite pour toute la famille... Plage a cĂŽtĂ©... Boulangerie Ă  cĂŽtĂ©... Sejour parfait!!!
