The exercise equipment was not working properly. One treadmill was broken and the elliptical had issues. Our tv didn’t work and is old. I visit this hotel often because of its proximity to my parents. Large rooms, bedrooms comfortable but dated.

they put us in the room over the lobby, the music was so loud it woke us up, had to change rooms at 2am. first room had cigarette holes in the comforter. rooms need an update.

I have stayed here before because it was comfortable, clean room, great staff. This time I was disappointed by the lumpy bed, and flat pillows and terrible sleep. The hotel needs to invest in new mattresses and pillows.
