Are you looking for peace and relaxation in a domicile where your dog can also be a welcome guest?

The Carlino apartment is located in a well-kept complex in Pregasio di Tremosine, not far from the main town of Pieve di Tremosine.



The apartment is at ground floor, it has a fenced east garden where you already have sun in the morning, the west garden with a mountain view to Tignale and the Tremalzopass spoil you with sun from noon until evening. The gardens have seats.



The well-kept communal pool (14x6m) with loungers and toilets is a few meters away and offers a sensational view of the Monte Baldo . It is open from May to September, unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the pool area.



The apartment itself is new and lovely furnished, with everything you need to feel comfortable.

With a total living space of 35m2 there is a comfortable double bed (140x200) in the bedroom, the bathroom has a shower, bidet and outside window, the kitchen-living room has a dining set for 4 people, a pull-out leather couch, TV with blue-ray player.

A glass front on the west terrace makes it possible to be outside even on cooler evenings.

Amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, TV with German channels, gas stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Britafilter, toaster, electric grill are also available.



The car is parked in front of the apartment or in front of the complex, in the public parking lot.



Well-behaved dogs (up to 40cm) are welcome guests here!

You will find a leather basket and water bowls in the apartment.

Unterkunft

Das Appartements war nicht so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Die Bilder hatten viel mehr versprochen. Das Appartements war sehr klein . Handtücher hatten wir 2 kleine und zwei Badetücher für 12 Tage. Das ist ein absolutes no go. Wir werden dort nie wieder Urlaub machen. Hatten uns für das Geld etwa nehr versprochen. Ist wirklich sehr ychade.
