Bienvenido a nuestra cabaña en el corredor M22

Ven a nuestra cabaña para unas vacaciones de verano o una escapada de otoño. Construido en 2012, nuestra cabaña familiar está cerca de las playas y la ciudad de Frankfort. Con cuatro habitaciones, puede alojar hasta 9 personas. La cabaña cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, equipo de cocina, lavadora y secadora, tres baños y medio, toallas, ropa de cama y toallas de playa. Planta principal: dormitorio principal con su propio baño, tiene una cama queen, vestidor y armario. Justo al lado de la cocina de concepto abierto, la sala y el comedor hay un porche con mosquitero. Hay un medio baño al lado del lavadero. Arriba tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños y una sala de estar. Dos de las habitaciones tienen una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama queen. Hay una cómoda en cada habitación para su uso. La sala de estar de arriba tiene un televisor en la sala de estar y una mesa de juego para hacer rompecabezas o jugar un juego. La cabaña cuenta con aire acondicionado central, cocina de gas, lavadora y secadora, TV, internet, chimenea, parrilla de gas a la parrilla y estacionamiento para hasta 4 autos. Esta cabaña es un ambiente para NO fumadores y NO para mascotas. Ubicado a una cuadra de la M22 cerca de Crystal Lake y Lake Michigan (a poca distancia). Está a solo tres millas al sur por la M22 hasta la ciudad de Frankfort para restaurantes, tiendas o un día de playa en la playa de Frankfort. Un pase de playa semanal para la playa Crystal Lake de la Asamblea Congregacional de Verano (CSA) está disponible en la oficina de CSA. Verifique con la oficina de CSA las tarifas.

Great Stay

Property was everything and more!!! Great for adults with active toddlers. Location was perfect for quiet time and quick access to Frankfort, Crystal Lake, and Sleeping Bear. Hosts are wonderful.

Approachable Luxury Summer Vacation

The property is exceptionally high quality and beautifully maintained. The floor plan includes an open format kitchen/living/dining area, perfect for eating and socializing. The kitchen/bathrooms/and laundry room were generously outfitted with all the needed supplies, had high end appointments, and felt like home! We very much liked the location - walking distance to Crystal Beach, a bike ride away from downtown Frankfort, and convenient to Sleeping Bear Dunes trails. Joanna and her team offered such kind hospitality: acknowledging our daughter's upcoming wedding with a lovely wine basket; gifting us a gift certificate to a fabulous Italian restaurant in Frankfort, and even custom thank you notes to remember our stay. We recommend this home without ANY hesitation and hope we can return.

Another wonderful vacation

The cottage provided a great place to hangout, before a family member participated in the Ironman. The layout was perfect for family dinner and football viewing, while she relaxed before the race. It was in the perfect location to allow for extra rest, before her race.

Fantastic in every way!

We enjoyed everything about this property! All 6 adults in our group were more than impressed. Location: only about 5 minutes from Frankfort, but in a woodsy area. Deer visited the yard more than once. The house: beautiful, with quality furnishings. Every item you could think of has been provided; attention to detail is incredible (I.e. well-equipped kitchen, with a printed guide to help you find everything). Comfortable beds. Beautiful well-functioning fireplace. Spacious, relaxing (and clean!) screened porch. Cleanliness: spotless everywhere. A great home base for all the fun things to do in the Benzie/Leelanau counties area. We would all return to this lovely home again!!

Wonderful summer vacation home!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! This is our second summer staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is very convenient to the CSA and the lake. The home is very spacious, kitchen is well stocked, and Joanna is very accommodating and responsive. Friends reunion

This was the nicest property we have stayed in since our group started meeting 10 years ago. It was immaculate, spacious, very tastefully furnished and decorated, and the kitchen in particular was amazingly supplied and organized. A peaceful retreat for sure.

Fantastic place

Our family has been coming to the area for over 40 years and this is the nicest "cabin" we have stayed at in the area. Everything was extremely clean and there is plenty of space for the family to hang out, play cards, etc. It is perfectly located to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future!

Wonderful Cottage

What a pleasure it was to spend time in this fantastic cottage! You see amazing views from every single window including wildlife very close to the house plus all the beautiful trees. Excellent place to stay

We had a great anniversary weekend and the property was perfect. When we arrived the owners had a card and a bottle of wine waiting for us which was very nice. House is very big and set up very well. Our next trip up north I’m sure we will be coming back to stay again.

Perfect place to host a family gathering

The house is spacious, clean, and well equipped. It is nestled in the trees and has a great screened in porch. We loved the location as it was a quick drive to Frankfort public beach. We watched the sunset from there every evening. Empire Bluff and Sleeping Bear dunes were a 30 minute, scenic drive away.

Girls getaway

Amazing! What a great getaway with life-long girl friends of 40+ years. The cottage was beautiful and roomy enough for all of us. We had the best time catching up, shopping, drinking and eating. It was just what we needed. Joanna was wonderful to work with! Love to come here again!

Best vacation rental we’ve experienced

We’ve been coming to northern Michigan every summer for >15 years, sometimes twice a summer. We’ve stayed in hotels and houses, on the east side - Charlevoix, Boyne, Petoskey, Mackinac - and west side - Mission Bay, Onekama, Interlochen, Cadillac, Traverse City, etc. This is hands down the best hosted house we’ve stayed in. It might be the best hosted house we’ve ever rented anywhere. The house was immaculate, the organization is impressive (with cheat sheets for kitchen drawers), and the house layout is perfect. My older parents stayed in the ground floor master bedroom, and my wife and I and our 4 kids stayed upstairs. The upstairs loft had a nice TV where we watched a couple of movies. The kitchen was easy to work in. The screened porch was very nice, lots of bathrooms, excellent appliances, outdoor grill, and a wonderful location. The furniture was clean and comfortable, the beds were excellent, and the whole house felt like a real home that is lived in and well maintained. Joanna, our host, was very responsive. And she even left us some welcome gifts at check in. I look forward to the opportunity to return. Highly recommended.

Our family has stayed here several times and always love to come back. The home is more than a cottage. It has everything you need and is designed for comfort. You truly feel like a guest in their home.

Second splendid Summer

Thank you again to Joanna for thinking of EVERY detail to make our second stay in this Frankfort cottage perfect! We have stayed at many cottages in the CSA over the years but Joanna’s place is by far the most comfortable for our multigenerational family gatherings. First of all the cottage itself is so clean and spacious. There is room for folks to spread out to the screen porch for privacy but also it is spacious and well-accommodating enough for the whole gang to be very comfortable gathering out there as well. The same can be said for the front porch where we enjoyed many early morning cups of coffee. The living room couches are so comfortable you can easily fall asleep and stay asleep right there. I also used the handy work desk to catch up on some work (unfortunately). The kitchen is second to none. My son in law is a professional chef and he was very pleased with all the kitchen had to offer. We were not wanting for anything. The games provided were put to use…re-learning Chinese checkers was great fun! Then there is the location…it is such a convenient walk to both lakes. The kids enjoyed the easy walk to Crystal Lake and those with longer legs enjoy the walk thru the woods to Lake Michigan. We are definitely planning another stay at this beautiful place in the coming year(s).
