Enjoy all Traverse City has to offer with plenty of space for everyone. Conveniently located just blocks from beaches, shopping, dining, parks and more, this spacious two bedroom, two bath condo offers an outstanding alternative to a cramped stay in an expensive hotel room.

The Space:
This is the end unit in an 8 unit building, just two of which are short term rentals. It creates a wonderfully peaceful environment with a private walk-up entrance and dedicated parking space right out front. The wide open living / kitchen / dining space provides a sense of home, while you're enjoying time away.

Guest Access:
This is a private unit with it's one outside entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Located just off Traverse City's popular Garfield Road corridor, it's just a short stroll to the beaches, Downtown TC, multi use TART trail, civic center park, and Northwestern Michigan college.

fantastic base in traverse city surrounding areas

This is a relatively new, well-maintained, and very comfortable unit. It was easy to check in and the manager was quite responsive with any questions. There was ample space for four adults to cook, socialize, and sleep when we were not out enjoying Traverse City and beyond. The dedicated parking spot is a huge plus. We did find that it was a bit removed from restaurants but that was only a very minor issue. We look forward to staying here again.
