The holiday house, in which there are four 3-room apartments, is located in the closer beach area, only 400 meters from the Baltic Sea, in the Baltic Sea resort Trassenheide. Each apartment has a complete. equipped open kitchen, living area and 2 bedrooms. Two apartments are located on the 1st floor of the house and can be reached from the outside via a staircase. These apartments has a balcony where seating is provided. Two other apartments are located on the ground floor. These apartments have a terrace on which seating is provided. You will feel comfortable in these apartments, so that the stay is pure from the first day. This contract is an intermediary service for the owner Kreft. Bed linen, towels, pets for a fee. Not included in the price.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne grüne Umgebung

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche . Das Wetter hat soweit super mitgemacht, wir konnten jeden Tag an den Strand. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage , leider sind die Betten, Tische und die Couch sehr veraltet ( quietschen und wackeln) . Im Schlafzimmer hat man die Lüftung und die Abwasserrohre, daher hört man wann jemand ins Badezimmer geht und die Spülung betätigt. Das Zimmer oben ist sehr unliebevoll gestaltet , 2 liegen nebeneinander gestellt und ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Der Balkon liegt auf der Wetterseite , wenn es regnet gibt es keine Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, trotz des wackelnden Tisches, kann man mit der Familie gemütlich am Tisch sitzen. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir trotz alle dem einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Standnah, ruhig, Parkplatz am Haus,

Es ist ein kleines Appartement mit sehr viel Platz. wir waren mit unserer vierköpfigen Familie sehr zu frieden. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und man kann am Herbstabend die Sonne noch ein wenig genießen. Unser Hund war auch sehr glücklich und eine Endreinigung ging auf den gefliesten Böder hervorragend. Trassenheide ist ein schöner kleiner Ort in dem der Netto auch am Sonntag offen hat. Alles zusammen, sehr schön.

Einfach aber gut

Alles mitbringen… es ist wenig da… Kein Wlan und kaum Handyempfang in der Wohnung… auf dem Balkon bissl Empfang. Ausstattung des Geschirrs ist minimal ausreichend. Paar Schüsseln für Müsli etc. und Pfannen die einen einwandfreien Zustand haben wären wünschenswert….

Ferien

ein schönes Objekt, dürfte etwas sauberer sein. Leider ist in der UNMITTELBAREN Nachbarschaft ein Ferien/Schullandheim. Ein ständiger Lärmpegel lässt nicht wirklich Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Ansonsten wäre die Lage wunderschön. Wir waren jetzt das Zweite mal in diesem Haus. Werden aber diese Wohnung nicht mehr als unser Ferienziel ausweählen.

Feine FeWo für vier Personen

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für vier Personen. Beim Badezimmer muss man sich halt absprechen, aber das geht super. Das Objekt selbst war ausreichend sauber. Leider nur war noch Kaffe vom Vormieter in der Kanne. Unschön. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren vorhandenen. Dasbist gut gewesen, top. Die "Treppe" zum oberen Schlafzimmer ist nichts für Kinder, ältere oder bewegungseingeschränkten Menschen. Das Ding ist hochgradig gefährlich. Einziger Minuspunkt. Ansonsten haben wir uns echt wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage im grünen, das Meer nicht weit weg und zu unserer Reisezeit mut den Nachbarn (alles ruhige Menschen gewesen) Glück gehabt. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und fühlte sich sehr wohl. Also gerne wieder.
