We stayed for 8 nights. I have nothing to fault. Service was amazing. The room was spotless and very comfortable for the size. Will come back and stay for sure. If you want a tidy room with storage for everything, where you can cook a basic meal, have an immaculate bathroom a Gym and other outside facilities this is the place to be. Fantastic

Really handy to Palmer Street eateries and the city centre. Lovely bright and airy room with everything we needed. Pleased we paid a bit extra for the bigger room as we were staying 3 nights

The room is a cubicle. The bed is quite small, not even enough for one person, so it's a bit surprising that the room is advertised as suitable for two since the room is very claustrophobic. Mattress is no good either. In the morning, the room gets very bright because the curtain does not block the light, and it is hot although there is AC. There is no balcony which means that it does not match the website photos. Gym and swimming pool are ok. Very poor and frustrating stay. Won't be back, sorry.

When we first arrived our room had a strange smell which reduced by leaving the window open. Rooms are small but have everything required. Clean, quiet location close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Main Street and ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful

Please beware there is no lift. So if travelling with heavy bags or disability this property isnot for you. Also issue's with wifi certificate and there's a very sharp edge on the shower tray, which I cut my foot on

The customer service was great the room was very clean modern and included all the necessary facilities it was spacious with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It is located in a district with close proximity to shops and is conveniently located there are no significant landmarks but isn’t far from the beach.

The place has been recently renovated. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. There is limited carpark on site, otherwise there is off street parking. There is a gym on ground floor with new equipment. There is a swimming pool with relaxing area and faces there sea front.

Visiting from the US, our second time staying here in the last 10 days. This hotel is awesome, 30 minute walk to the strand, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very quiet, washer dryer room, secured parking, staff on site 24/7, mini kitchenette. And the best part is no screaming kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, comfortable bed, mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, very small hotel room compared to us standards but it was set up extremely well, small couch, big TV, little balcony with table chair. They have a good size. Well-equipped gym. Free secured parking. Front desk staff at check-in and check out were phenomenal. This is definitely a great hotel for a good price. Easily walk to lots of food and bar places, 5 minutes. Only negative was you can hear the street noise through the balcony door and the Wi-Fi did not work due to the certificate being expired. We would definitely stay here again as this place is very clean, visiting from the US.

We were a party of 3 staying in two rooms...they were compact, clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the fixed window electric blind allowed exterior light of common areas in around the edges. The room door had a vinyl covering over the glass which was also not light proof. If you like a dark room to sleep you might not find this so good.
