My stay was good. Typical motel style. Breakfast was ok, make your own waffles, meat, potatoes, eggs. One thing that was nice that I was not expecting was a walking/biking trail in front of the hotel, which was nice and went for a few miles in either direction. Staff was friendly.

Clean. Breakfast was terrific! The gentleman in the breakfast area from Jamaica was exceptionally pleasant, cheerful and efficient. Didn't get his name. The women who checked us out am of 05-26 was lovely to talk to and has a great sense of humor!!

I’ve been traveling this country for 30 years on a motorcycle and have never been told I couldn’t park my bike under the awning, with rain expected, until this one.The night shift attendant that checked us in was obviously racist against us or a biker took his girl in the past at some point. I could see that happening very easily. He was not accommodating at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I will purchase a tent next time I’m in the area before I spend my money with this one again.

Meh...

The couple behind the counter were not very friendly. Acted put off when I asked to use he lobby restroom while I was waiting for my room to be ready. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The power was out for a good portion of the night and we were very hot. The woman behind the desk was very defensive when I asked about it in the morning.

I never got to check in. My car broke down in Maryville and i had to tow it back home. The cost was $350 to town, the repair is going to be another $500. I've stayed there before and enjoyed it !

I made a reservation for a room w/ 2 beds; we were given a room w/ a king bed. I called front desk to ask if we could switch rooms. I was told no. Within 4 minutes, the front desk agent knocked on the room door to tell me I was in the wrong room. So we changed rooms. I took a shower and then the water wouldn't turn off. I called the front desk. The front desk agent called and she couldn't turn off the shower either. I asked if I could have a refund on the room if I were to check out because the shower wouldn't turn off. She laughed and said No, that she would have the shower fixed. We waited 45 minutes and she came back with someone on the phone who wanted pictures of the shower handle to prove it wouldn't turn. Again, I offered to check out and asked nicely if I could have a refund. Again she said no. I handed her my room key and told her I was checking out. The shower was still running - and by this time had been running for an hour after I got out of the shower. The room was foggy from the hot water in the shower. I'll be asking for a refund.
